    Bannari Amman Spinning Mills board approved consolidated audited financial results: Revenue ₹870.32 Cr, Profit ₹13.75 Cr. A ₹0.25/share dividend was proposed. MD S V Arumugam was re-appointed for 3 years (subject to shareholder approval). The board also approved forfeiture of 42.25 lakh share warrants.
