    Prime Securities' board approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated revenue jumped 54% to ₹138 Cr. PAT (incl. OCI) reached ₹39.45 Cr, even after an ₹11.78 Cr exceptional charge. Its wealth unit, Trigen Wealth, plans to raise ₹30 Cr at a ₹550 Cr pre-money valuation.
