    Everest Kanto Cylinder's board approved audited consolidated financial results for Q4 & FY26. Q4 Net Profit was ₹45.70 Cr, while FY26 Net Profit reached ₹146.67 Cr. A final dividend of ₹0.70 per share was proposed. Mr. N. P. Gupta was appointed as CEO, effective July 1, 2026.
