Rushil Decor Limited — PPTs, 29-05-2026: Investor Presentation
Rushil Decor navigated a challenging FY26, reporting consolidated revenue down 4.0% to Rs. 862.2 Cr, EBITDA down 22.6% to Rs. 80.1 Cr, and PAT falling 86.7% to Rs. 6.4 Cr, primarily due to a fire incident, high resin prices, and global uncertainties. Despite this, Q4 FY26 showed resilience with revenue up 0.1% to Rs. 230.9 Cr and EBITDA surging 18.6% to Rs. 28.6 Cr, though PAT dropped 19.7% to Rs. 10.1 Cr.
The Laminates segment was a bright spot, with revenue growing 6.1% to Rs. 211.1 Cr, boosted by a 21.0% jump in India sales and ramp-up of new Jumbo Laminates. MDF revenue declined 8.2% to Rs. 609.1 Cr amidst a cautious export strategy.
Key strategies include scaling the Jumbo Laminates business for global markets, targeting value-added MDF products to reach 60% of segment revenue by FY27, and driving cost optimization. The company expanded its domestic network with 67 new distributors and implemented price hikes of 10-15% in April 2026. Net Debt-to-Equity improved to 0.39x. Management anticipates gradual business improvement, leveraging its groundwork in Jumbo Laminates.
