Maitreya Medicare's Board approved audited consolidated FY26 results: Revenue ₹225.30 Cr & Profit ₹3.83 Cr. They also approved the redemption of 90,000 Preference Shares, utilized ₹7.5 Cr for subsidiary expansion, and ₹5 Cr for working capital. New internal/secretarial auditors were appointed.
