    R.P.P Infra Projects board approved audited consolidated results for the year ended March 31, 2026. Net Profit plunged to 7.45 Cr from 65.29 Cr last year. The board also initiated a postal ballot to regularize an Independent Director and appointed internal and cost auditors.
