Agro Phos India Limited has informed the Exchange about Rescission/termination(s): The Company has received confirmation from Bharat Phosphates & Chemicals Private Limited on 29th May, 2026 expressing its inability/unwillingness to proceed further with the proposed transaction. Accordingly, both the parties have mutually agreed to withdraw/discontinue the proposed transaction, which was taken note of and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29.05.2026.
