Foods & Inns reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹288.89 Cr, a 27.3% YoY decline. This was largely due to a 9% drop in sales volumes and ~25.3% lower average realizations as the company sold inventory produced at reduced raw material costs.

Net profit for the quarter decreased 16.5% YoY to ₹19.49 Cr, despite a significant ₹33.86 Cr PLI incentive recognized. This led to an EPS of ₹2.71, down from ₹3.14 last year.

Geopolitical tensions in West Asia impacted Q4 sales for mango pulp and Kusum Spices exports, though mango pulp saw favorable input prices. On the bright side, frozen food volumes soared 28% YoY, driven by value-added products and rising US demand. The company is also expanding its spray-drying capacity.

The quarter reflects mixed financial momentum, with some segments facing external headwinds while others show robust expansion.
