Kerala Ayurveda Limited received its Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The report indicated overall compliance with SEBI regulations, but highlighted some deviations. These included incomplete related party transaction disclosures for subsidiaries, a period of insufficient independent directors leading to a Rs. 5.31 lakh fine which was paid, and delays in certain regulatory filings. The company previously settled a material related party transaction violation by paying Rs. 5.80 lakh. Importantly, liquidation proceedings against Katra Holdings Limited, holding 53.58% of Kerala Ayurveda shares, were terminated, and a related NCLT case against the company and its promoters was dismissed.
