RDB Real Estate Constructions Ltd — Important, 30-05-2026: Company Update

RDB Real Estate Constructions' Board has approved its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. For the year, the company reported a standalone profit of 4.85 Cr and a consolidated loss of 8.86 Cr. The Board also re-appointed M/s Garg Narender & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY27. Further, the company will incorporate a new subsidiary, Avanir Wellness Resorts Private Limited, holding a 74% stake to expand into real estate and hospitality. The company restructured its group holdings by selling 9,499 shares of RDB Raipur Hotels Private Limited for Rs. 56,994, making it a step-down subsidiary.
