RDB Real Estate Constructions Ltd — Important, 30-05-2026: Company Update

RDB Real Estate Constructions' board has approved its audited financial results. For the year, standalone profit was Rs. 4.85 Cr on Rs. 18.52 Cr revenue, while consolidated revenue hit Rs. 234.13 Cr, resulting in a Rs. 8.86 Cr loss. The company re-appointed M/s Garg Narender & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY27. It also plans to incorporate a new subsidiary, Avanir Wellness Resorts Private Limited, for real estate and hospitality, acquiring a 74% stake for Rs. 74,000. Additionally, the company sold 9,499 shares of RDB Raipur Hotels Private Limited for Rs. 56,994 to a wholly-owned subsidiary, making it a step-down subsidiary.
