Kizi Apparels Ltd — Important, 30-05-2026: Company Update

KIZI Apparels' board has approved the receipt of the 13th tranche of consideration for Convertible Warrants. The company received 0.22 Cr (Rupees Twenty-One Lakh Eighty Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Only) from Parshva Alloys Private Limited for these warrants. These warrants were issued at Rs. 15.50 each, comprising a Rs. 10 face value and Rs. 5.50 premium, on a preferential basis to promoter/promoter group and public category entities. This inflow strengthens the company's financial position, supporting future operations and growth initiatives.
