Credent Global Finance clarified clerical errors from a previous board meeting outcome. At its board meeting on May 29, 2026, the company approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year. The board also approved issuing up to 76 lakh convertible equity warrants to promoter Mr. Aditya Vikram Kanoria at Rs. 30 each, aggregating to Rs. 22.80 Cr. This preferential allotment, subject to shareholder approval, will increase the promoter's fully diluted shareholding from 13.14% to 22.69%. The warrants are convertible within 18 months.
