For the first preferential issue, where 8.32 Cr was raised, funds were primarily used for long-term working capital, business operations, loan repayment, and issue expenses. No deviation in the use of these funds was reported. For the second preferential issue, which raised 9.89 Cr, the company allocated funds to its Gas Division (2.16 Cr), Engineering Division (5.67 Cr), and Software Division (1.91 Cr). The company has also confirmed no deviation in the use of these funds.
