    Prakash Pipes' Board approved strong Q4 & FY26 results. Q4 Net Sales ₹223 Cr, PAT ₹13 Cr. FY26 Net Sales ₹789 Cr, PAT ₹43 Cr, EPS ₹18.09. A final dividend of ₹2.40/share was declared, taking the total annual payout to ₹3.40/share (34%). Flexible Packaging plans capacity expansion.
