Bhagwati Autocast Ltd — Dividend/Bonus, 30-05-2026: Corp. Action

Bhagwati Autocast's Board has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, with statutory auditors issuing an unmodified opinion. The Board also proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share (35%) for the year, pending shareholder approval. Further, the company announced the appointment of TRS & Associates as new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term and re-appointed Mehta Sheth & Associates as Internal Auditors and Kiran J. Mehta & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY2026-27. Mr. Prakash Dalal was also appointed as an Additional Director, subject to shareholder consent.
