    Rama Steel Tubes' Board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: FY26 Revenue ₹1,124.12 Cr, PAT ₹10.95 Cr. Sumit Sharma was appointed Internal Auditor. The company also approved striking off dormant subsidiary Rama Defence Pvt Ltd and changed its Registered & Corporate offices.
