30-05-2026 | 07:42 pm

Evoq Remedies' Board approved the financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26. However, auditors issued a qualified opinion, citing material uncertainty about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. This is due to cash losses, curtailed operations, and persistent non-payment of statutory dues, including ₹0.62 Cr income tax and ₹0.39 Cr TDS. Additionally, there are unconfirmed debtor balances of ₹3.85 Cr, unconfirmed advances to suppliers of ₹12.51 Cr, and related party loans of ₹6.70 Cr. The company also faces a SEBI investigation concerning the utilization of ₹9.21 Cr from a preferential issue. For the year, the company reported a net loss of ₹0.25 Cr. Management believes assets are recoverable and no financial adjustments are currently required.
