    UFlex's Board approved consolidated Q4FY26 Net Profit of ₹196.96 Cr and FY26 Net Profit of ₹328.00 Cr. A ₹3/share dividend was proposed for FY26, payable by August 27, 2026. Mr. Paresh Nath Sharma's reappointment as Independent Director was also approved. AGM on July 29.
