SMC Credits' board approved its Q4 and full-year financial results. FY26 net profit reached ₹3,054.62 Cr. However, Q4 reported a net loss of ₹120.77 Cr. EPS for the year was ₹12.99. Funds from the rights issue were utilized as planned.
