Company approved expanding Alte spinning capacity by 24,000 spindles (total 94,000) for ₹60 Cr. It will also modernize its Gokul Shirgaon mill for ₹25 Cr. Total ₹85 Cr CAPEX funded by debt/internal accruals aims to boost efficiency and value-added products.
