Asian Hotels (East) did not submit Q4 & FY26 audited financial results on time. Statutory auditors require further examination of matters concerning the company's investment in a wholly-owned subsidiary. Consequently, the Audit Committee did not clear results for Board consideration. A revised board meeting date will be announced.
