For the full year, Ganesha Ecoverse reported standalone total income of 1.53 Cr with a profit after tax of 1.25 Cr. Consolidated figures show total income of 1.53 Cr but a loss after tax of (5.21) Cr. Its associate, GESL Spinners, achieved a total income of 120.04 Cr, EBITDA of 12.72 Cr, and a loss after tax of (14.54) Cr, producing 8,532 MT. A merger application with GESL Spinners Limited is scheduled for June.
