MSP Steel & Power's Board approved FY26 consolidated results (Net Profit ₹33.77 Cr) and a ₹500 Cr capex for expanding its steel facilities. The company also fully cleared its debt restructuring obligations by paying ₹101.63 Cr RoR and allotted 2.8 Cr warrants, raising ₹24.50 Cr upfront.
