Sicagen India Ltd — Important, 30-05-2026: Company Update

Sicagen India Limited has notified shareholders about the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This action is mandated by regulations for shares where dividends have remained unclaimed or unpaid for seven consecutive years, covering financial years 2018-19 through 2024-25. Individual notices have been sent to affected shareholders. To prevent transfer, shareholders must submit claims to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent by September 18, 2026. After this date, claims will not be accepted by the company. Shares already transferred can be reclaimed directly from the IEPF authority. Shareholders holding physical shares are encouraged to dematerialize them.
