Sahana System's board approved strong FY26 audited financials: Revenue Rs. 331.15 Cr, Profit Rs. 74.76 Cr, and Basic EPS Rs. 84.60. Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs. 41.21 Cr. A Re. 1/- final dividend is proposed. Warrant proceeds were utilized for working capital, and two new subsidiaries were incorporated.
