Bajaj Auto Limited has informed the Exchange about change in Management - consequent to the change in reporting on account of organisational restructuring, Ms. Baminee Viswanat (General Counsel, redesignated as Chief Legal Officer) and Mr. Vijay Jerome (Chief Digital & Information Officer) will cease to form part of senior management, as defined under Regulation 16(1)(d) of the Listing Regulations, effective from 01 June 2026.
