Board approved Q2/H1 financial results: Consolidated Revenue at ₹52 Cr, PAT ₹4.5 Cr. An interim dividend of ₹2.50/share was declared. Plans for a ₹50 Cr Rights Issue and a new ₹150 Cr manufacturing unit in Gujarat were also approved.
