    The Board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a net profit of ₹0.50 Cr and ₹1 Cr respectively. An interim dividend of ₹2 per share was declared. The Board also approved a Rights Issue up to ₹10 Cr and appointed Ms. Priya Sharma as an Independent Director.
