Vaswani Industries' board approved audited standalone results for FY26: annual revenue ₹467.37 Cr, profit ₹4.24 Cr. Q4 profit was ₹5.39 Cr. They also OK'd raising ₹9.87 Cr via a preferential issue of 16.45 lakh shares at ₹60, subject to shareholder vote.
