MVK Agro's board has approved its Q4 & FY26 consolidated financial results, reporting a profit after tax of Rs 46.63 Cr and revenue of Rs 319.89 Cr. The company also approved a rights issue to raise up to Rs 50 Cr and appointed a new Independent Director and Company Secretary.
