Cybersecurity subsidiary InstaSafe reported ₹1.62 crore revenue and a loss of ₹1.23 crore for the quarter, but achieved a full-year PAT of ₹0.99 crore. The company is strategically diversifying into Agritech, expanding commercial pilots globally. ABM also appointed a Chief Revenue Officer and secured a multi-crore 5D BIM project for a large infrastructure authority.
