OSEL DEVICES significantly revised its FY26 Basic EPS to ₹17.16 and Diluted EPS to ₹17.01, correcting previous errors. The Board also granted 1.60 lakh employee stock options at ₹10, appointed Mr. Ajay Thakur as Independent Advisor, and confirmed adherence to fund utilization plans.
