Kati Patang Lifestyle's Board approved its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, following review by the Audit Committee. Dinesh Bajaj & Company was appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Operations expanded with the launch of Freedom Larger in Goa, re-entry into Haryana, and new markets in Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, and Chhattisgarh, alongside strong Delhi growth. A new production line in Roorkee has a three lakh cases/month capacity. The company increased its UK subsidiary stake to 51% and acquired 100% of Agnetta International, diversifying into premium spirits/wines. Q4 FY26 net revenue hit INR 4 Cr, annualizing to INR 16 Cr, with Q1 FY27 group revenue projected over INR 6.5 Cr.
