Maan Aluminium is actively transforming into a high-value-add aluminium converter. For Q4 FY26, revenue grew 4% YoY to ₹255 Cr, but EBITDA dropped 44% to ₹5 Cr and PAT fell 50% to ₹2 Cr. For the full FY26, revenue was ₹809 Cr, EBITDA ₹31 Cr, and PAT ₹13 Cr, representing a 13% YoY decrease in profit.

A key growth driver is the significant expansion of extrusion capacity from 10,000 to 24,000 TPA with a new Italian press. This enables complex profiles and strong 7-series alloys crucial for sectors like aerospace, defence, and automotive. Recent developments include the ~₹8.75 Cr acquisition of a Dewas plant in March 2025, now being modernized for high-value precision tubing. Maan has also introduced first-in-India technologies for specialized applications.

Management projects a cumulative CAPEX of ₹166 Cr through FY28 for new plants and strategic growth. The withdrawal of US anti-dumping duties and government support for 'Make in India' are expected to boost customer engagement and market position.
