Triton Valves Limited has received National Company Law Tribunal approval for the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tritonvalves Climatech Private Limited. This merger, effective April 01, 2025, simplifies the company's corporate structure by absorbing the loss-making subsidiary into the profitable parent. No new shares will be issued as the subsidiary's shares held by Triton Valves will be cancelled. All employees and liabilities of the subsidiary, including an outstanding income tax demand of 11.20 Cr against Triton Valves, will be consolidated. This strategic move aims to streamline operations and enhance financial clarity.
