Axis Bank completed its Rs 380.6 Cr capital infusion into subsidiary Axis Max Life, subscribing to 2.5 crore new shares at Rs 151.90 each. This transaction has reduced Max Financial Services' shareholding in Axis Max Life to ~80.01%.
