RIR Power Electronics Ltd — Important, 02-06-2026: Company Update

RIR Power Electronics shared its Investor Presentation for FY2025-26. The company reported its cleanroom construction is complete at the Odisha SiC Semiconductor Plant, with machinery installation progressing towards Q2 FY2027 epitaxial wafer production. It secured its first overseas order for 5 kV SCR thyristors and developed a 25 kV–120 kA semiconductor switch for high-power systems. The current order backlog is ₹17.5 Cr. For FY26, revenue increased to ₹90.87 Cr, though PAT declined to ₹6.72 Cr. Q4 FY26 revenue was ₹23.95 Cr, with PAT at ₹1.39 Cr, showing sequential growth.
