New Delhi Television Limited has informed the Exchange that SEBI has disposed of the adjudication proceedings and concluded that the Company has not violated the provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations as alleged in the Show Cause Notice dated January 22, 2020 and accordingly, no monetary penalty has been imposed on the Company.
