Mankind Pharma, through its subsidiary Mankind Lifesciences, has completed the acquisition of Upakarma Ayurveda by purchasing the remaining 10% stake for ₹0.75 Cr. Upakarma, which specializes in ayurvedic, herbal, and nutraceutical products, is now a 100% owned subsidiary, enabling full integration into Mankind's operations. This strategic move aims to achieve better operational efficiencies and streamline processes within the group. Upakarma reported a turnover of ₹18.02 Cr in the last fiscal year, solidifying Mankind's footprint in the wellness sector.
