Wipro's Board approved new auditors. B S R & Co. LLP will replace Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP as statutory auditors for 5 years, subject to shareholder nod. KPMG Assurance & Consulting Services LLP was also appointed for US SEC filings for FY28.
