MphasiS Limited — Pledging, 02-06-2026: Pledge/Unpledge

Mphasis promoter BCP Topco IX Pte. Ltd. has refinanced its existing debt. This involves releasing an earlier indirect encumbrance and creating a new direct pledge on 100% of its Mphasis shares. The promoter's shareholding in Mphasis remains unchanged at 30.55% (5.83 crore shares). These shares, valued at approx. ₹12,145 crore, now secure a new loan of US$550 million (approx. ₹5,276 crore) from new lenders. This move is primarily a technical restructuring of the promoter's financing arrangements.
