Triton Valves Limited has secured NCLT approval for the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tritonvalves Climatech Private Limited, effective 01.04.2025. This move aims to streamline the group structure and boost operational synergies. Tritonvalves Climatech, a smaller entity with a turnover of INR 17.18 Cr and recent cash losses of INR 1.80 Cr and INR 3.17 Cr, will merge into the larger Triton Valves, which reported a turnover of INR 434.27 Cr. All subsidiary employees will transition to Triton Valves, and no new shares will be issued, as expected for a wholly-owned merger. This consolidation is a step towards operational efficiency.
