    Paisalo Digital's promoters, Mr. Sunil Purushottanm Agarwal, Mr. Santanu Agarwal, and Sulabhya Paramita Private Trust, have pledged a total of 6.4 million shares on June 1, 2026.

    * Mr. Sunil P. Agarwal pledged 1.8 million shares (0.20% of total capital) to IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Oswal Financial Services.

    * Mr. Santanu Agarwal pledged 1.8 million shares (0.20% of total capital) to IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Oswal Financial Services.

    * Sulabhya Paramita Private Trust pledged 2.8 million shares (0.31% of total capital) to Bajaj Financial Securities.

    These pledges are solely for availing margin trading facilities and do not involve any transfer of ownership or control of shares. For the trust's pledge, shares valued at ₹15.14 Cr are encumbered against ₹9.08 Cr. This increases the overall encumbered promoter holding. While for margin trading, it's a financial instrument, investors should note the increase in pledged shares.
