Paisalo Digital Limited — Pledging, 03-06-2026: Pledge/Unpledge

Paisalo Digital's promoters recently increased their pledged shareholding:

* Mr. Sunil Purushottam Agarwal pledged an additional 18 lakh shares (0.20% of total equity) with IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Oswal Financial Services. His total pledged shares are now 95.81 lakh (1.05% of total equity).

* Mr. Santanu Agarwal also pledged an additional 18 lakh shares (0.20% of total equity) with IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Oswal Financial Services. These new pledges are valued at approximately Rs. 9.60 Cr against an amount of Rs. 5.73 Cr. His total pledged holding now stands at 96.02 lakh shares (1.06% of total equity), representing 22.18% of his personal shareholding.

* Sulabhya Paramita Private Trust pledged 28 lakh shares (0.31% of total equity) with Bajaj Financial Securities. This brings its total pledged shares to 28 lakh (0.31% of total equity).

All pledges were created solely for availing margin trading facilities and do not involve any transfer of ownership or control of shares. This activity increases the overall percentage of promoter shares under pledge.
