Consolidated total income for Q4 FY26 reached ₹74.02 Cr, with a net loss of ₹4.93 Cr. For FY26, consolidated total income was ₹242.44 Cr, reporting a net loss of ₹9.97 Cr. Operationally, Praveg secured a 30-year luxury resort PPP project in Meghalaya for approximately 40 cottages and obtained work orders for 350 luxury tents across Lakshadweep islands. The company continues expanding its eco-responsible luxury hospitality footprint, managing 17 resorts with 827+ rooms, and targets 2,000+ rooms across 50+ locations by 2028.
