HFCL is consolidating its defense business under subsidiary HASPL, investing ₹89.25 Cr. HASPL will acquire HDSPL for ₹25 Cr and Defsys's aerostructure business for ₹25 Cr, gaining a ~₹1,890 Cr export order book. HFCL also divests Raddef (₹75 Cr) and TWS business (₹50 Cr) to HASPL for strategic focus.
