HFCL is consolidating its defense business. It invests ₹89.25 Cr in subsidiary HASPL, which acquires HDSPL and Defsys's aerostructure business for ₹25 Cr each. HFCL also transfers its Raddef subsidiary (₹75 Cr) and TWS business (₹50 Cr) to HASPL, enhancing its defense portfolio with a ~₹1,890 Cr export order book.
