Yatharth Hospitals reported a strong Q4 FY26. Revenue was up 47% YoY to INR 341.6 Cr (FY26: +36% to INR 1,207.2 Cr). EBITDA rose 37% YoY to INR 79.9 Cr (FY26: +30% to INR 292.1 Cr) with 23.4% margin. PAT increased 15% YoY (FY26: +30% to INR 170.3 Cr). Net cash stood at INR 116 Cr.
Strategically, the company acquired a Gurugram hospital for ~INR 100 Cr, expected by April 2027 with high ARPOB. Newer facilities like New Delhi and Faridabad are ramping up fast, projected to break-even in 10-15 months. Agra hospital is already profitable. Yatharth aims for 5,000 beds in 3 years, primarily through acquisitions, without further fundraising. Management is optimistic about exceeding recent growth and improving margins.
