Onix, an EPC firm in solar projects with a net worth of ₹789.51 Cr, plans to continue Sarda Proteins' solar business and potentially diversify. For the half-year ending September 2025, Sarda Proteins reported revenue of ₹15.26 Cr and a loss of ₹0.09 Cr. Sarda Proteins has announced a board meeting for its independent directors to provide their assessment of the offer to shareholders. The offer runs from June 11 to June 24.
